Leaving the natural tree line I
created a circular plan with a centrally located park and market.
The park offers quiet solitude with a sunken water filled centre
while the market offers convenience and energy. Surrounding the
market and park are three types of housing, single family, semi-detached,
and low rise apartments. All three housing types attempt to mimic
their already existing surrounding housing types. The park and
market are also connected to the surrounding communities by wedges
of green space.
